Smart Selection & Training

How can police recruit and select the right candidates and train them lifelong to answer the evolving needs of the society?

About:

Smart policing demands smart cops by smart selection and training. People interested in a police job should be well informed about what the police offers, and the police needs to select the right candidate for the right job. Once working in the police organization one should be prepared for the job as well as possible through appropriate training.

Have the right candidate in the right job

Increase the success rate of selection tests by better preparing potential candidates

Giving potential candidates a better view of the job and the expected knowledge, skills and attitudes

Making the on-boarding process as pleasant and engaging as possible for the candidate

Bringing the candidates and police officers ‘as real as possible’ into dangerous situations prior to or in addition to the real practical training courses.

Send our employees more trained and securely out on the street
